Notice of Sichuan Airlines flight from Thailand to China
Dear passengers:
To ensure the safety of international travel and to comply with the COVID-19 prevention protocols, all passengers who take Sichuan Airlines flight 3U3936 Bangkok-Chengdu from November 2nd, 2022, have to take 3 nucleic acid rt-PCR tests. Sichuan Airlines only recognizes the test report issued by the institution at the designated test location.
1. Questionnaire submission
All passengers taking Sichuan Airlines flight 3U3936 Bangkok-Chengdu must submit the questionnaire as soon as possible after purchasing the ticket. The registration link (https://www.wjx.cn/vm/rTSFoHP.aspx) the registration will be completed after submit.
2. Arrangements for nucleic acid testing before departure

(1) According to above table, please visit the address 1 for two nucleic acid tests within 48 hours before boarding. And visit the address 2 for a nucleic acid test within 24 hours before boarding.
(2) Please be sure to arrive within the specified time, to avoid affect the reporting time and failure to apply for the green code in time.
(3) The testing fee will be charged in advance by institution agency. The total fee of three nucleic acid tests is 6,000 baht. The fee is only charged in Baht Cash. Payment by Union Pay, We Chat or Alipay are not accept.
3. Precautions for epidemic prevention before travel
(1) All nucleic acid tests are carried out at the designated time and place of the airline and under the supervision of the staff, and high-sensitivity reagents are used. If the passenger fails to take the test or fails any of the test results, the flight qualification will be automatically cancelled.
(2) In order to ensure the safety of epidemic prevention, passengers are required to wear N95 or KN95 masks during sampling, testing and during the flight. Wearing PPE’s, face masks and medical glove are strongly suggested when taking flight. Please be prepared in advance.
(3) Sichuan Airlines advise all passenger to conduct personal health monitoring and self-isolation 5 days before boarding.
Passengers who have fever (≥37.3℃), dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of smell (taste), diarrhea or other symptoms, whose RT-PCR result is detected or inconclusive, then the passengers and the accompanying person will be denied boarding. When this happens, trefund or change fee will be voluntarily borne by the passenger.
4. Other important notices
(1) Passengers from third-country transiting Thailand to China, Due to the international transit area of Thailand airport does not have the conditions for nucleic acid testing, the Chinese embassy and consulate in Thailand will not accept the health code application for those who directly transfer to China from a third country via the Thai airport without entering the country.
(2) For close contact passengers or passengers who have a suspected infection have to take a health monitoring by themselves for 5 days , if not have any abnormal conditions , passengers could follow the embassy requirement to take a boarding test.
(3) Passengers who have the infection history
Passengers with a history of previous infection, including those who have been diagnosed COVID-19 or nucleic acid testing should conduct two RT-PCR tests by themselves at any institution designated or recognized by the Chinese Embassy, 14 days after have 2 times of the tests with both negative result (the second time’s test must be at least 24 hours after the first time, count from the latest test from the first test), passengers could follow the embassy requirement to take a boarding test.
